Where are you based?
We are located in Nottingham, our centre is based at Access Storage Self Storage next to the train station. Click here for our address and map
Can I hire more than one trailer at a time?
Yes
How do I hire a trailer?
Email us with you requirements, including your name, address and contact number and we will call you back to arrange hire.
What is your delivery policy?
Delivery of of rental trailers is 24 hours. Delivery of brand new trailers usually takes between 5-10 working days, in the unlikely event that your trailer is going to take longer we will contact you immediately.
Shipping is free with all sale trailers to mainland UK address, Europe is £35, all other areas please contact us on 0115 8447745. For Hire trailers, collection from our Nottingham Demo Centre is free and a flat fee of £40 is charged for delivery and collection for any mainland UK address. Please call 0115 8447745 for shipping abroad.
Can I collect my hired/bought trailer?
Yes.
Can I pay with Cheque or Cash?
Yes, your trailer will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.
Can I pay with Credit/Debit Card?
Yes, you can pay online through paypal using your Debit/Credit card, you do not need a PayPal account. If you would prefer to pay by card over the phone please call us on 0115 8447745.
What is your refund/return policy?
Products may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or full refund provided they are in original condition and unused. Please call 0115 8447745 or e-mail office@cycletrailercentre.co.uk for a returns number before returning.

Can I take my hired trailer abroad?
Certainly! We also rent carry bags to keep your trailer safe. If you are going to take your trailer abroad, please send us a photo of you with your trailer!
